Frequently asked questions
We respond to messages and emails in the order they are received and we try to respond as quickly as possible. We usually respond within 24 hours of receiving a message or email.
Once an order is placed, our warehouse staff can pack and ship your order within 24 hours, so it is not always possible to process address change requests. If you notice an error, please email us ASAP with your name and order number so we can try to make one or more corrections to your package before it leaves. There is no guarantee that we can handle it, especially when it leaves our warehouse, but we will do everything we can!
Order processing times are between 1~3 business days after the day you placed your order. Most packages are ready within 24 hours, but if our stock is exceptionally backed up, the processing time can be up to 3 business days after the day you placed your order.
Our warehouse processes and ships all orders Monday - Friday (except major holidays). After you place your order, your package should be shipped within 1~2 business days after your order is placed, and you will receive an email with the tracking number shortly after.
Depending on the size of your order, you may receive separate packages that may arrive 1~2 business days apart.
